- Revenue conversation charges are implemented by the Govt. it will be borne by the member.
- The registration charges including stamp duty 7 allied expanses will be borne by the member.

- Any kind of TDS of income tax will be borne by the member.
- Any postal and bank charges will be borne by the member.

- In case of cancellation of ORP scheme 15% of the deposited amount will be deducted from the paid amount towards the processing charges. The refund amount will be paid through A/C payee Cheque after 90 days date of application.
